Pregnancy outcomes for all women who were designated as usual members of the DSS households were registered (i.e. those with the status of PRR or TAR). Most of the pregnancies for which the form was filled had been registered in the previous visits through the pregnancy registration form and were consequently indicated in the HRB with 'PG'. In cases where there was no information that the women were pregnant during the last visit to the household, there was a need to ask whether any woman or girl in the household had been pregnant and if so, whether the pregnancy terminated since the last visit to the household. If so, the outcome of each pregnancy was recorded (whether live birth, miscarriage, still birth, or induced abortion) on a separate Pregnancy Outcome Registration Form.
