Interviewer instructions
We want to know her opinions about various aspects of each method. Note that we are not asking her knowledge about a method. Rather, we want to know her perceptions or belief towards use, side effects, and safety of each method.
Q609 asks a respondent whether she thinks using this method can cause interference of (unwanted effect on) monthly regular bleeding. Interferences could include change in timing and length of the cycle, pattern or volume of bleeding, other symptoms associated with menstruation. This question is not asked for CONDOM, WITHDRAWAL and RHYTHM METHOD, because use of these methods doesn't affect monthly bleeding.
