Livelihood Zone is an area within Arid and semi arid lands (ASAL) characterized by a particular way of life to which people adapt to in meeting their basic needs and earning household income. In this case we have 4 defined livelihood zones namely; Pastoral, Agro-pastoral, Fisher forks and Formal employment/business/petty trading
