Interviewer Script: Now I am going to read to you a series of statements about how you often have certain feelings. There is no right or wrong answer, we are asking for your opinion. Your responses are strictly confidential and will not be told to anyone. If you feel uncomfortable about any of the question you can let me know and we can skip to another question.
