The client was initially diagnosed with abdominal growth which would occasionally bleed and after some period of time stop on its own without any medical intervention hence never took it seriously, but after some signs and symptoms start
The first h/facility didn't have ambulance,hence i boarded a matatu,which was stopping at every stage causing a lot of delay
The first facility told me the pregnancy was clear so I was home and after 4 weeks I experienced bleeding and pregnancy test was positive so I decided to change the facility
The other facility took too much time doing an ultra sound and unavailability of doctors to review the ultrasound report
The problem worsened at night and had no one to look after her 2 children
