The client spent 3days in the ward while being detained in the ward and was given some oral antibiotics till today 24/4/23 when scan was done and results shows some products of conception retained then PAC service offered to her
The midwife was active in the interview
The provider didn't know whether it was complete since at arrival the bleeding was so minimal that she thought it was still threatening to come that's why after discharge patient told to come back to confirm.

This lady left the facility without being discharged because the husband feared the procedure promised for further assessment of the uterine bleeding.
This particular client, symptoms started on 18/04/2023,she came to facility on 19/04/2023,was given treatment for malaria and she went back home,came back to health facility on 0n 21/04/2023 when bleeding continued,she was admitted and treated
This patient had missed abortion that was confirmed by the US scan then induced from the facility according to what the provider explained then mva was laiter done after cervix had opened up.
