Once the last visit to the household has been made section under FINAL VISIT is then filled. The date when the household interview was completed or made when the final visit (without interview) was made is recorded in the spaces provided. For instance, if an interview was conducted on August 23, 2002, '23' for DAY, '08' for MONTH, and '2002' for YEAR are filled
