Interviewer instructions

Record the current status of each individual using the codes depicted in the table above. If EXT, CBS or OMG; ask Q4.6A and then go to 8.1; if UNK go to 8.1; if DTH; skip to Q4.20; if all members are TAR, ask Q4.6A for each individual and then go to 8.1; if PRR go to Q4.8. Note that Q4.8-4.19 should be asked of all members who are PRR. Also note that, a TAR status of any household member can only be confirmed by a household member who is PRR.
