Please note that in the Kenyan system, the highest class for 1=Primary is Class 8, the highest class for 2=Secondary is Form 4, the highest class for 3=Higher is Year 6, the highest class for 8=Don't Know is '98'. If an individual has completed less than 1 year and their highest level of attendance is 1=Primary, 2=Secondary or 3=Higher, then record '00' as the highest class that they have attended.
