Record the highest class the individual completed at the highest level they are currently attending according to Q4.9 for those individuals who are aged less than 40 years. Please note that in the Kenyan system, the highest class for 1=Primary is Class 8, the highest class for 2=Secondary is Form 4, the highest class for 3=Higher is Year 6, the highest class for 8=Don't Know is '98'. If an individual has completed less than 1 year and their highest level of attendance is 1=Primary, 2=Secondary or 3=Higher, then record '00' as the highest class that they have attended. Ensure that the class currently attending is consistent with the response in Q4.6.
