Interviewer instructions
Record the ID for the Person who has changed residence in the boxes provided. Pick the ID from the HRB. In some instances, you may not find an ID in the HRB if, for instance, a person moved into the household and left before we were able to identify/locate his/her ID. In this case, you should fill a Q for the person's ID.
