Ask the date when the out-migrant moved out of the residence and record using the format DD/MM/YYYY. This question assumes that the respondent is not the out-migrant and it seeks to find out when the out-migrant stopped staying at the marked room .Note that people may take days or weeks to move their belongings to the new place of residence; our interest here is on the date when the individual actually moved to the new residence.
