Record the full ID for the out-migrant in the boxes provided. Pick the ID from the HRB. In some instances, you may not find an ID in the HRB if, for instance, a migrant who moved into the household and left before we were able to catch-up with his/her ID. In this case, you should fill a Q for the ID of such a chain migrant.
