Interviewer instructions
You are requested to fill in the amount of money that has actually been spent/disbursed by your organisation for this family planning project/programme. In case of an integrated or general development project/programme, please make an estimation of the amount spent on the family planning component only.
The total amount for family planning should be the sum of the recurrent expenses (A) and the capital investment (B).
