The extent to which the household was able to recover or not recover from the shock of Livestock disease outbreak that it had experienced or suffered over the last 4 months. For example, whether it was not able to recover from the shock, fully recovered from the shock and got back to where it was before the shock, recovered fully and even became better than before the shock or recovered just partially etc.
