Literal question
Oftentimes women in Kenya go to a health center or seek medical treatment after having an abortion, and there are many reasons why. Some women will experience a health complication and need care from a doctor. Some women just want to make sure the pregnancy is gone. In some cases, women are told to go to a health facility after they take a medication and start bleeding.
