We start by asking if the woman has ever smoked in her lifetime, and if the response is 'YES' we ask whether she smoked at any time during the last pregnancy. We then ask about the smoking habits of members of her household and whether or not they were allowed to smoke while in the house while she was pregnant.

All women aged 12-49 years who've had at least one birth in 2011 or later according to wom_q215 or whose pregnancy ended in 2011 or later according to wom_q230 and who had household member who smoked cigarettes during the last pregnancy according to wom_q482
