All women aged 12-49 years who are not using female/male sterilization according to wom_q309, who are not pregnant/unsure of being pregnant according to wom_q226, who are not currently using a contraceptive method according to wom_q308, and who would like to wait 24 or more months before having a/another child according to wom_q703
