The word 'jointly' refers to the respondent's making the decisions jointly with her husband or partner (code '03'). If the husband decides by himself, select 'HUSBAND/PARTNER.' If someone other than the respondent and her husband (e.g., another relative) makes the decision, select 'SOMEONE ELSE' if she decides jointly with someone else other than the husband, select 'RESPONDENT AND SOMEONE ELSE' if the decision is made by someone not listed in the options, select OTHER and specify on the line.
