Interviewer instructions
Height and Weight measurements will be taken for all eligible children (0-5 years) and eligible women (12-49 years). For households with more than one eligible woman, it might help if you request each woman to come and have her measurements taken, then make individual appointments with each one of them for their individual interviews. This way you do not have to keep carrying the scale and board around when you come for call backs. For babies who cannot have the height taken while standing, seek permission from the mother to take the height measurement with the child lying down on the measuring board.
