Lists the location ID where the head of the household sleeps. The location ID is made up of a letter to show the site and/or Enumeration Area;{ i.e. V stands for Viwandani site} an EA number, a Structure number and a house number. Therefore a model location ID looks like: V007010005 (Viwandani, EA 007, Structure 010, house number 005)
