Example: You are assigned to James Kigomi's household and you find his wife Martha Mukio and she informs you that she lives with James, their daughter Gillian and Martha's brother Mark; you will list the individuals' relationship to head of household as shown in the table below:

If the head of the household is married to a woman who has a child from a previous marriage, that child's relationship to the head of the household should be coded as SON/DAUGHTER OF SPOUSE ONLY. Keep in mind that the question is asking about how the individual in a given line number is related to the head of household AND NOT how the head is related to the individual.
