Q. 443 is directed to women who delivered outside a health facility and asks about whether the child received a checkup from a health professional or traditional birth attendant in the two months after the child was born. For those children who did have a checkup, additional questions are asked about the first checkup the child had including: when this checkup took
place (Q.444), the person who did the checkup (Q.445), and where the checkup took place
(Q.446).
This question is directed to all women regardless of where delivery took place. Ask the respondent whether she received vitamin A within two months after delivery.
